ok - so this was my first attempt with kettle dye on the CD sleeper sack
I call this ACORN as it reminds me of the colors of acorns as they change from that beautiful vibrant green. The yarn is BFL Aran.
the colors are more muted, for some reason they are showing more orangey with the flash
I think this is the most true picture for color

A soaker for harrison, curly purly size small. this is plymouth outback wool in browns/blues

and you can see the shirts I dyed. Just having fun playing with colors there. My favorite is the brown./ice blue one although it took way more brown then blue.
And then a local friend taught me to crochet granny squares so I could do a blanket for baby.
These were the first ones I did using Caron simply soft acrylic.
