We've done without buying a Klean Kanteen so far! Couple small Sigg bottles, a stainless Nissan thermos I found on clearance at Target, and a couple of other misc containers have served us fine. I also let Katie get a pink Nalgene bottle for camp last year. But it's done - I don't believe in keeping those too long and never wash it with harsh detergent. Anyway it was kind of an emergency thing, we suddenly realized she didn't have one and that's all we could find locally.

So. Enough story, LOL. I am looking for a large stainless sport bottle for her for camp for this year. Where's the best place to get one? Is Klean Kanteen the best brand?

I love our Klean Kanteens here! I also have some SS water bottles from Wal-Mart that work well...the kids use them as water bottles for soccer, tball, etc. That being said, I prefer KK.

I was gonna say, nissan makes quite a few different varieties, you may want to browse those online?

I really love our klean kanteens. However, I've noticed that some of the sport tops "squeek" when you're drinking. Kind of like a little bird and kind of annoying. lol.

One did it right from the start. The others are starting to do it....from going through the dishwasher maybe?

Anyway, it's the little breather hole thingie that does it.

Other than that, no complaints.
