i have rented so many yoga videos/dvds in the search for one that would make me happy with an at home practice. a home practice is a bit difficult for me because of the 3 children and because i like the personal attention/instruction one can get at a class. after renting i dont know how many, i have finally found a set that i am very happy with
Yoga Journals Step By Step DVDs (http://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Journals-Step/dp/B0001DMXEW)
they go a little fast for an absolute beginner but thats the beauty of dvds (the pause and rewind), but if you are like me and have taken yoga on and off for a few years - they are perfect.
i loved when i recd yoga journal and was happy to find dvds from them, i expected them to be high qualtiy, deeply instructional and informative and they didnt disappoint me at all.
