gorgeous - I love the tones in the first one, especially. How do you get such nice "golden" undertones - they look so natural and almost flesh-like. It's like a hybrid between black and white for the artistic edge and natural light warmth.

i do it in photoshop. i've got cs2 and it's just how i do my conversion to bw...

i use the gradient map to preserve the color space and then i use the color balance to tweak it.

The one with both mom and dad is great! I have never seen that before that I can recall, I wish I had that with my babes, I'm sure they will treasure it!
