I'd really like to get some sort of easy workbook type thing to work w/ Lacy on her numbers and other math facts. We are planning to do some HWT PK stuff, and then some math, and just reading books. I really think I'd like something "workbook-ey" to get her ready to go to school (we are undecided on HSing,a nd will give our local PS a try first). This is a very small district, adn there will be about 16-18 kids in her class, and maybe 2 who haven't had any preK at either daycare of the local headstart. I hate for her to feel behind, KWIM? Any other suggestions on things would be great, too. I mostly get a bunch of Usborne books and read them to her for sciencey or history type things. We also read those My FIrst Little House books

Singapore Earlybird Math. It would probably be perfect for what you want. I did it with Erik.

Another option might be a pre-k math workbook from Sam's Club. They are very cheap, but cover all the basics. We have used Singapore as well and liked those too. There also many websites that have free pre-k worksheets to print. I think I just google it and came up with a bunch.
