with the squash & green beans from yesterday.
I roasted the veggies w/ evoo & sea salt for about 20 min. @ 425 F.
Cooked orzo in chicken broth w/ onions & garlic.
Mixed the two together & topped w/ basil/sun dried tomato feta.
Very yummy!
