LOL. My goal was to just sew one single thing. Make that your goal and you will be successful. LOL, oh, and don't buy any fabric. :)

Well I've got excuses...Elana got two teeth last week, we hosted a first birthday party for 25 people on Sunday, all three of my "kids" have been sick, my sewing area is piled high with UFOs and quilting fabrics and my work area had to be taken down for the party.

sigh. I had such great intentions! I do plan to sew this weekend. I'm not sure how mamas with babes get anything done! She's always crawling around the peddle, pulling up on me to stand, fussing at me...the only time I can actually sew is with her in the highchair eating, and she eats so fast I can hardly keep her supplied with food! Or during the occassional naptime when she actually sleeps for any length of time. Of course that's also when I have to do everything else. :rolleyes:

I *will* sew again! I WILL! ;)

I'm right there with ya with the good intentions. So far I've gotten half of a skirt done...LOL

I guess if I set that as my goal, it's not too far away!

I do too, that's why I didn't join in. For some reason every time I play, I either buy a ton of fabric or can't find the time to sew:)

Seriously if that was part of my game goal I'd be lost. I have been replacing buy fabric with buy notions & that seems to be helping.

Honestly, the only reason I've gotten as much done this game as I have is because we have an event this weekend & DD needed her clothes finished. Then the last two weeks will be spent getting SO's clothes ready for an event at the end of May. I only sew on a very tight deadline. Witness the fact that I've had 3 months to do DD's clothes & am just finishing them now

Plus, remember, it's not about "winning". It's about *not* winning the "she with the most fabric" award :lol:
