When I made her kitty outfit yesterday, I only had small pices left and not enough to fold over for the sleeves. Since my brain is full of jello as we at the sewing board like to say (mine in lime todays), I didn;t notice that the sleeves were directional and I cut out two left sleeves. Of course I had already run the elastic and done all the finishing touches BEFORE I realized this- no way was I going to waste a whole sleeve. So I made another sleeve and added it to a denim set. I love the way it turned out and am now glad I oopsed the original.
