Welcome to the cuc experiment. :D I am trying to maximize my space by making cucs go UP instead of all over the ground. It started last year when I trellised the one cuc I grew and it worked perfectly... well this year, I am trellising 2 different kinds (green and Lemon) and then my small crookneck sqash too. I found delicatas (*GLEE*) squash (my favorite) as starts, so I added a couple of those to the far side.

Also in this bed I put my dill. Fennel and dill will cross polinate if you have them too close... so I put them on opposite sides of my yard.

These are two varities of black currents... one sweet and one sour. They said that they would cross polinate and that it was a GOOD thing because it makes sweet big currents on both bushes. So that is what we are working for. :)
