Dh called with some pretty distressing news that slowed me down for about an hour and a half and they came home an hour and a half early but in the 6 hours I was alone I got the following accomplished:

Bathroom- completely decluttered and cleaned out all drawers, cabinets, walls etc...

Kitchen- Put all my bulk herbs in jars, organized and decluttered every cupboard, organized fridge, and menu planned

Junk Drawer (or rather junk dresser)- I downsized my junk drawer from a 2 small and 2 large drawer dresser down to one small accordian file and a cup of writing and cutting implements :drop:

Master Bedroom- Decluttered and organized all of my clothes in both my dresser and closet and also tidied up all the linens

Gwenny's Bedroom- Decluttered and organized her closet

Sewing Room- General tidying up

I also put away all of the winter clothes for the second time, kept pumping laundry through the washer and dryer (dh is folding 7 loads of laundry tonight) and printed my taxes :) I did kinda cheat on dinner. We had natural uncured hot dogs, homemade sweet potato fries and a fruit and veggie plate so that it would be quick and dirty.

All in all a pretty productive day and I am very happy with what I got accomplished!

great work!

Question though? How do you make homemade sweet potato fries?

Tawnya,

I just peel and cut 2 sweet potatoes into fries that are about 1/2 inch in diameter and the length of the potato. I then put an egg, some garlic powder, paprika, and a bit of salt in a ziploc and mush it all up. Add the fries to the ziploc and squish around until coated. Spread the fries on a baking sheet that has been prepped with olive oil and then bake for about 40 minutes turning every 10-15 min at 375 degrees. You can also sprinkle a bit of parmesian on them as well. They are not a really crisp fry but we all really like them.
