I cry at the least little thing. I take everything the wrong way. I am paranoid. I move back and forth from letting my children have whatever they want to screaming at them. My husband is totally confused, I am sure. :help:

Thank you, Jen. Yes, please pray for me and I will do the same for you. I have my yearly appt with my ob-gyn on Tuesday and my IRL best friend is encouraging me to share all of these feelings in hopes that he can help me with something...anything.

Have you had your hormone levels checked? They could be out of whack and you may need some help.

I am currrently reading an herb book about menopause and she recommends 1 year of time away...I laughed yeah, right! Many of us are actively raising families when this comes along. But I see her point.
It is so difficult to go through this sometimes.
Since cancer was so real to me, I am doing my best to avoid meds. but i would get them if things were way out of control.
Kelp, motherswort, low carb eating has all helped me so much.
I get tired easier and just dont have the stamina I did 5 years ago, even.
But I do see how 6 months ago to now things have become more balanced.
I wonder if it does get easier with time...I dont know. I am musing here really.
Lisha, let us know what your doc says. You are not crazy. I am not sure why God allows us to go through such intense changes during the menopause journey, but I am sure God will help you through it.
