Okay, the only way to know how awesome EFT is is to try it. Let's see how many inches we can get!
So try this:
And yes, you have to know the tapping points to start. I've attached a one page description by another practitioner. Just do steps 1 and 2 for now.
Find any stiffness in your body. Touch your toes, move your neck, etc.
Now tap:
Set up phrase:
Even though I have this stiffness in my neck/legs/(put in body part that you are focused on), I accept my body as it is.
Repeat three times.
Now tap the points -- saying "this stiffness" as you tap each point.
Now go back and reassess the stiffness.
Let us know how much improvement you saw. Normally it's about 3 to 4 inches increased mobility. All from tapping for 1 minute!
