I cloth diapered my twins from birth until they potty trained. Not sure how much help I can be I made my own. When they were really little I used flat fold and origami folded them into fleece wraps. Then I used fitted with prowrap covers and at night wool. I loved everything about cloth diapering and sometimes with I had a baby around so I could do it again. If you have any other questions let me know I will try and answer them.

My friend cloth diapered her twins until they were about 6 months--but she used a diaper service. ONce the service ended, she tried for awhile, but just couldn't keep it going, so she switched to disposable. I do have to say she's in an apartment, and it was annoying/challenging to use coin-op not in my apartment with just one, I would have been amazed if she could do it with two!

I cloth diaper my twins. I started at 5 months old and they are now 17 months. I have a 3 year old in cloth at night and I am pregnant now. I love cloth diapering. I plan on making most of the ones for this baby. I think I will use prefolds and fleece or wool covers. I might make a few fitteds but I am doing it will al recycled materials so it will save a TON!! There are patterns all over the internet. I am not the best at sewing but I can get by enough that they are usable. :)

Old post but thought I'd comment. My twins were also in cotton diapers till they trained themselves, just like all my other kids were. I used old-fashioned pre-folds with either bummi wraps or wool covers I bought or wool covers I made out of old wool sweaters. I never ran out of diapers or covers for the baby after the twins!!

We also have to pay to dump our garbage so it would have been more money above & beyond buying disposables. We did use disposables with our foster twins as they always got a rash whenever we tried to use cotton. They had been in disposables for several months before they came to us.
