So we made our purchase and went with Sonlight Core K with LA2 Int. and Science K plus HWT and Explode the Code. We'll be adding MathUSee Primary to lay a good foundation. I'd like to breeze through alot of the math over summer break.
Hoping all this will cover our 5, 6, and 7 year olds. We also have a nice little school shop in town filled with lots of school supplies and workbooks if I need any addons. The place is a treasure!

Hannah went to her first Awana meeting lastnight 1/2 mile down the road and there were so many kids there and some of her best friends from school. (It lasted two hours!) They were so happy to see her. It blessed me that this is something we can continue when she's not in public school but she can still see some of her friends. And I'll send the boys this summer. Samuel is too pooped to be out that late on a school night.

Congratulations!! What fun they they can do the Sonlight altogether!! I love mine can work together... they bounce ideas, etc and it is fun!!

We have finally found a church and katie begs to go!!! She loves it!!

So I got my Core K and we are so excited. I'm very happy with my purchase. It looks a bit intimidating, but it's all new to me. We have read "CAPPYBOBBY" and my kids have never been so attentive. They loved that story! My daughter is so anxious to start, and we got all summer to put it off. Not sure she can wait that long.

I wouldn't put it off! LOL. There are plenty of programs out there to fill in if you need more material next winter.

I wouldn't put it off either if they and you are ready to move on... Cappyboppy is a GREAT story!! All of my children have loved it. The stories alone are a great purchase!!
