you know this swap was really run badly.

you never bothered to answer my questions about deadlines or cost limit.

my DD would have enjoyed participating but since you blew me off she missed out.

Maybe you would have had better participation if you didn't ignore people. Maybe even made all the information for the swap available first, rather than after the fact.

Maybe if you can't manage to give people the full information, you shouldn't be organizing swaps at all.
