~Hippychick~

I've never done one of these swaps. Do we send stuff we have or go out and buy new things?

Usually we just send out things that we are not using anymore. You can state if you want to receive new or used items, but they should be in good condition. I only send out things, in a condition I would like to receive. If you want to buy new you can, its completely up to you. Sometimes If I havent enough to fill the amount, Ill buy a few things.
If your not sure about an item, you can pm them first.

Its a great way to declutter :D I love sending out things we dont use to find new homes where they can be useful again. Then you receive things that are useful to you in exchange. I make things too.

Its fun!

Snap press (hey, I can dream!)

Snazzy diaper bag that turns into a backpack (or just a backpack diaperbag)

Books on homebirthing, unassisted birth, etc.

Baby Boy Incoming July, 07:

Infant prefolds, Snappi's and covers... would love to try wool covers

layette stuff (gowns, kimonos, diaper shirts) used is great but soft and comfy is most important.

knit crib sheets

ETA: Would love 0-6 month summer baby boy clothing; we gave all Adam's away already!

Adam, 16 months

beach toys

wooden blocks

CD's or cassettes of kid music (Laurie Berkner, etc)

Anything from the color farm, silks, tshirts

XL fitted diapers

XL covers, would love to try wool

ETA: Adam is really into my purses... if someone could make him a little toddler tote, I'm sure he would love it.

Gabe, 7 years

Yugioh or Pokeman cards

Gameboy advance games

socks, size 3 foot

Any interesting educational games that will keep his attention for more than 10 seconds

Play money

ETA: Gabe would like something to put his ever growing card collection in... a bag (as long as it doesn't look like a purse or is too "babyish" or a little box with a top would be nice.

Miscellaneous: Gift certificates/cards to any of the WAHM stores; faves include Dreamseeds, Little Turtle Knits, The Color Farm
