I want to give this a try and see if it is better than my current system. I'm going to sign up later tonight, and I'd be happy to use someone from here as a referrer if you use the site. Let me know asap if you want me to use you as a reference. :)
Edited: I found someone. Thanks!

Wow! That's really impressive. Our grocery store lists your savings (sales + coupons) on the receipt. Normally, I save about $50, but I saved $102 when I went shopping on Saturday. Whoohoo!

They send you a "list" which pairs all the coupons from the past few weeks to the sales at the store that you pick.
They will tell you what you should buy now, or wait to buy for a few weeks, and they will also let you know the things that end up being free!
I went to the store yesterday and got 70 dollars worth of food for 30 bucks!
It takes a few weeks to build up the coupon supply though, so start clipping them ASAP!
The point of it is to stockpile things so you wont have to buy themfor awhile. You get things at the totally cheapest price and then you dont have to worry about buying more until the next sale.
It helps not only with food, but with health and house stuff as well. I got toothpaste, 2 toothbrushes and mouthwash for free yesterday. Some of the people on there actually end up getting money back from the store!
Its really cool, and they have a message board to help you out.
Oh, and they have a Target part of the board where the women know when ALL the sales are, it is AMAZING what they know. They also let you know about the hottest sales everywhere eles too!
DO it, they have a one dollar trial month!!
P.S If you do do it, can you use me as a referral? :) I would be really thankful if you did!!

For starters I stick to the list as much as I can. I try to stockpile a 3 month supply on most cleaning supplies. Alot of these (Wisk,All S&M) were almost free or under 2.00. I did this by rolling the CVS ECB's.
Check out the Forums, You will get alot of great tips from the black belt tightwads. LOL

I don't have enough coupons for a train, but I'd be willing to take any you want to share. :)

I don't even know what a train is but I'd be interested in seeing your list. :)

So are most of the products packaged type foods? I am wondering if it would be worth our time when taking into account how we eat. Maryalene, you know me enough to tell me whether it would be worth my while.

Bobbi, I can show you a copy of mine on Friday. But given the amount of organics and co-op food you use, I don't know if it would be a huge saver for you. It's not all convenience foods, but I think most of it is stuff you buy elsewhere.

It would be great to see what exactly is available. I am also wondering where you get your coupons from? If anything else I wonder if the freebies or really cheap stuff would be worth me doing it so that I could donate it.

My coupons mainly come from the paper but I know you can print some online too.

a coupon train is a group of people swapping Q's. I can start it off by sending a envelope full of Q's to the first person on the list. That person will take the Q's they need and adds Q's to the envelope. They then send the envelope to the next person. and so on.
To keep this running on time, everyone must mail the envelope with 24 hour to the next person on the list. NO slacking allowed.
If you want to do this let me know.
