Sunflower, sorry, you weren't picked. A few people said they had some things but not enough.
Robin, you were missed, hope all is well in your world.

I think I got this right. This is my first time. Let me know if I made a mistake. Thanks!!!!!!

What do you say mamas? I'm thinking a twenty dollar swap. Sign up till Friday the 12, choices by Sunday the 14 and packages mailed out by Monday the 22nd? I've never done a swap before so clue me in if I'm forgetting something. And please send as many choices as possible and how many you can do.
And I know we all have stuff to declutter so please list things that you have as well as what you want.
And the usual rules apply, you must have been a member of Amity for at least six months with no unresolved negative feedback. If you have no feedback, pm me and I'll tell you how to drum some up. There has to be someone out there to vouch for you.
As for what kind of a swapm general, mama, regular but since it's post holidays listing good stuff we have to move along seems like a good idea to me.
And I fixed the ship date. Day after making choices was a little unreasonable. lol.

I'm going to try to add a little every day. So far...

I prefer good quality natural materials that are gently used. Handmade, Mamamade, WAHM a plus
Me:
-Jumprope handles of wood or bamboo. Need to be hollow handle that you thread the rope threw. I am replacing the handles on my nordic trac as they are pvc so a "molded" grip is bonus! This is my biggest want. Make my day!!!
-products to pamper my feet. Prefer more natural stuff. Have all the gadgets, just looking for scrubs and rubs.
-meditation type music. I already have one with ocean sounds and one with rain sounds. Would like more like the music usually in the background on yoga videos/resonating sounds
-middle eastern music
-size 16 low rise jeans. I'm short waisted
-doll house stuff. I'm refurbishing an abused dollhouse and would love some little rugs, dishes, whatnot. Also need to replace some shingles. Not sure if these are a standard size or vary. Maybe someone has some extras?
-Nature color brand hairdye 8R, I think this is saffron blonde
-fabric with Asian dragons, especially a brocade -scraps are fine, just want to do some appliques

Dh:
-large fireplace bellows like 20" or a firedragon
-CD music to the movie Oh Brother, Where Art Thou - This is for a gift to Dh so would prefer the actual cd in case.
-Jack Johnson cd
-Cast iron waffle iron
-winter knit cap. He doesn't mind acrylic. Off white heathered color bonus. Little flecks of tan is what I mean by heathered.
-tea with all the caffeine, earl grey, english breakfast, irish breakfast

Boys 5mo & 5yrs
-piggybank (or a pair if you have a set)
-bathtub toy net that sticks to shower wall
-chore chart or something to help with this
-12-18mo boys socks prefer the gripper bottoms
-dritz diaper pins
-cloth bibs with sleeves
-stroller fleece/carseat fleece real sheepskin any kind of fleece
-matching flannel boy pj's for a 12mo and a 5yo boys
-any cotton or flannel boys size 5 pj's, no feet though
-boys flaphappy type hat for a young boy, his head is a bit big
-wool socks for size toddler 11 through adult 1, anywhere in that range
-magic cabin (like) candlemaking supplies - sheets of beeswax with the comb patterrn and cotten wicking
-brio/thomas train stuff. We have none so any pieces would be great

House:
-cotton ironing board cover
-tiny screwdriver, especially phillips
-purple curtains at least 56", would like more of the redish purple than the blueish although sheers would be fine.
-a strong curtain rod
-I would love some handmade ornaments - especially pairs. I like to give each kid a similar but different ornament each year and sometimes do the same for gifts so multiples, singles. great. But don't want more storebought ornaments.
-Cloth bag for holding plastic bags, the kind that's a tube with elastic at end
-tea cozy - nothing American Country but would love French pastoral print, anything really but more on the masculine side or plain prefered
-a cloth cover for my KitchenAid stand mixer- washable please, and again not Am. Country and prefer more masculine, food print, bug print - lol, french print or plain
-Super Baby Food by Ruth Yaron
-diaper wipes or fbw's, I can provide material or use yours, either way
-a reliable digital scale for people
-a reliable digital scale for mailing. I have one by stamps.com (?) but it's off. I haven't figured out a way to recalibrate it.
-Holmes Humidifier replacement filters HWF64 - I'd love a cleanable "permanent" filter if there is such a thing
-coffee - whole bean, regular or decaf, organic a plus. Would even enjoy green beans.
-sheer shower curtain in blue/purple/silver-grey/white-off white. The polyester decorative thing.
-I love landscape watercolors and would like some ocean art.

STARKISSES - I'd love these
-bendy people
-Carmen Electras strip tease workout dvd

STUFF I HAVE - YOU KNOW YOU WANT IT so add it to your ISO
-yards & yards of blue plaid flannel
-misc rayon batik/flower fabric

We're getting close. Can everyone work on updating/finishing their lists? I kept a piece of paper with me for a few days and made notes as I thought of things. Made it so much easier to sit down and type from a list that I made as I was doing things that jogged my memory.

And everyone check your shipping supplies and see if you need tape or a box or whatever so you can pick up what you need as you are out and about.

:)

OK, I'm waiting for CiaraLinn and Robin. Doesn't look like Robin has posted since she signed up for the swap. I'll go page Ciarra on the main board and get picks out by tonight. I do wish Robin would come back. It would make for more swaps. But mostly I just hope all is well with her and her family.

I think with the long weekend family may be distracting CiarraLinn. As nothing else is getting done today I'm going to stop trying to make this happen tonight. lol. My water pipes are frozen so no shower. It goes on from there. Most everyone has been matched at this point. I'll post matches tomorrow am, with or without Ciarra and Robin.

Got packages today from boodamama and CiarraLinn. Thanks mamas! I should never open two at once because I can't keep it totally straight when I do but anyway, thank you both. Ian is wearing the jammies and they are "Steve Jammies" as in blues clues so we watched Blue's Big Pajama Party. And I love all of the coffee, tea and mama care goodies. Thanks for everything!

OK, I've had one person pm me that they haven't gotten theirs and are a bit worried that the mix up when I posted matches is to blame. Can everyone please post that they sent and who to, or that you will be shipping and why you have not. I know I've had the flu and been working like a dog myself. If anyone has any other idea of how to make sure that all is well, I'd appreciate it.
