Oh Lord, if anything could bring me to tears over the past 6 months it is the fuzzy brain....
I can do many things but I forget things and feel exhausted quite often.

I am full of energy on the other hand-my house is very clean, work is very busy, I am working out and doing the run around mom stuff we all do. But I about cry when my brain does not work right.

I am trying gotu kola and ginkgo when it arrives. Any other natural ideas?
If it gets real bad, that may be the straw that breaks the camels back on the whole hormone thing

I have found that waiting a bit has helped me adjust to all teh symptoms thus far, but I cannot adjust to the foggy mind issue. And from what I understand it is not really curable, but surely there must be something helpful somewhere without a woman resorting to hormones for that alone, KWIM?

Have you done a cleanse lately? I know that you know this, but please be sure to buy quality supplements. I just finished my supply of Nutraceutical 5-HTP and Magnesium, so am back to using the Natrol 5-HTP and Source Natural's Magnesium. In just the two days that I've changed over brands, the results are astounding! I am once again sleeping well and have more clarity in thought.

Well funny thing, the past couple days have been wonderful and I have been on top of the game completely.
I did fast one day this week-I dont take a whole lot of supplements but am considering a consultation with my guru friends in Florida that own a health food store.

I sleep like a babe lately which is wonderful too;) I hope I am on a positive roll.

The only *cure* I've found for this is coffee and then more coffee. Seriously, fuzz is GROWING on my brain and I've gotten to the point where I just accept it as a natural byproduct of being me. I usually write it off to allergies, though. It has an allergy "feel" to it. Especially since the weather in Texas is 20 on one day and 70 the next. :p

Hope this is improving for you. At leat you're SLEEPING! Wow. I feel like SLEEP is the ultimate answer for every ailment. Totally unreachable for me right now, but something I strive for.

why are you not sleeping Mary? Is is stress, menopause or too much coffee?

Maybe that Htp-5 is for you. I purchased a bottle but we have not tried yet.

I think you have too much going on and need a spa.....(holiday gift from hubby maybe?) that woudl be nice if they were only smart enough to think of those things...lol
