I was expecting a package from EmiBeans....dd brought in a package that said it was from Barb, and while I recognized the name it didn't occur to me that it wasn't my EmiBeans package but my swap package until I opened it! Barb sent me a TON of neat little goodies, and dd and I had a ball opening and opening and opening all of them! I won't remember all of them, but I got chocolate, pina colada candy canes (DH is eyeing those!), some lovely ornaments that are ready to go on my Christmas tree, a figurine, tea that looks yummy, soap, and something really pretty from Dreamseeds that I will hang on my tree as well. It looks like soap but it smells amazing and is in the shape of a cross. And more that I can't think of but they are all in my living room getting oohs and aahs from my family. THANK YOU BARB! :)

Laideebugz - thank you for my most wonderful package! It brought me such joy!! I will enjoy and put to use each and everything inside it! I've hung the beautiful towel in our main bath downstairs and it's already gotten compliments! I've already taken a bath bomb bath and I used the chocolate bars in the girls advent calendar and indulged in a few of my favorites, too. ;) You put a lot of thought into everything - and I am so grateful and touched. I received BOTH of my swap packages today. :heart: And what a day to get them! All four of us are down with the flu so it was so heartwarming to receive the boxes today. :)

I received packages from Jodi and Lindsey. My brain is fuzzy at the moment but I wanted to thank them so I don't forget. Lindsey sent a gc for Amazon as well as candles, soap, ornaments and a clay set the kids will love. Jodi sent soaps and soap sacks, candles & holder, foot care items and a neckpillow as well as ornaments from KR & Dannielle. I know I'm forgetting things, sorry. I love everything. The house smells WONDERFUL now.

Chels got a black/pink hand made scarf from Anjis dd and my littles each got a Christian DVD. Even dh got a little something - a GREAT tshirt (that Chels is trying to steal lol).

Oh my goodness--I am sooooo spoiled. I got a fantastic package (a while ago but I waited to open it) from schnookies. It is full of lotion and lip balm and a cool candle and a bunch of other cool stuff. Plus I got some wooden kitchen utensils HANDMADE by her husband. Sorry Sandi, I had a really great card in there with Bluegrass Moon art on it, but it somehow found its way under the table. So glad you like it. The appliques on the girl's bag are iron-ons and I meant to stitch them down but didn't, so you might want to press them with an iron from the back side just to be on the safe side. Glad you like the pants, half my wardrobe is from their line and I adore how comfy they are :)

I got my package yesterday from hastings! Wowee! She made me some mama pads with wings, sewed some gorgeous wool slippers for my DD and made me a wool felting kit. The bag for the kit was homemade and it had a bunch of roving in it and some felting needles. This was a much needed pick me up after last week in the hospital with my newborn and now a very sick toddler to attend to. (At least my DD's feet are cute and cozy!)

I got our package yesterday, earlier than I expected- and it was so much fun to open up. Jodi made a tdye tshirt for each of my kids and gorgeous orange-y playsilk that instantly turned into a zillion imaginative things (cape, blanket, pirate headband, etc). I got a really beautiful handmade coffee cup and a pound of organic whole bean coffee - yummy! (we opened a box from my brothers family at the same time and I can't remember if t here was more, my apologies).

It was so sweet and thoughtful and really brought a smile to all of our day. Thank you so much, Jodi! I love it!

I am super late in thanking Schnookies for my fabulous package. I got a great mix of stuff all of which was great, but the 3 things that stand out as favorites are the gorgeous candleholders that she and Brian made me and are sitting on my shelves flanking some oil lamps I got from Nic, a mermaid fingerpuppet her daughter sent along for Lorelei and the coolest thing ever-- elephant poo paper. I liked it so well I hit the website and posted about it in my blog rofl. The absolute perfect thing for a pachyderm freak. :) The candleholders and lamps are going to be a part of our Solstice celebration and I am very grateful to be able to use things crafted with love to welcome back the sun.


I got my package from Jodi today and it was also fabulous. Its really great to get things so lovingly selected. We got a cool mermaid woodkin for L, a mama and baby mammoth that are now sitting under my mammoth painting on my altar, some soap in my favorite smell ever, and a really great crafting book to feed my addiction. Sarah10998 sent me the greatest package. It came at the perfect time since my 2month old was admitted to the hospital on Christmas Day very early in the am after spending several hours in the ER. We got it the next day. There were several different types of dark chocolate, some mama pads, a cute peace angel miniature and a note telling me to pick something out for myself. It couldn't have come at a better time! I needed that pick me up while sleeping on a hospital chair for several days caring for Lydia.
