Well, not really an ode....
I just can't say enough about my store manager and friend, Dena Chavez. She is 23 years wise and an amazing mommy who is just a really great person. She is so open to everything including extended breastfeeding, co-sleeping, slinging, and I think she wants to try homebirthing. I don't know how I got so lucky to know her, but I am! I think this store is going to be a success, in large part, due to her. She feels like a cross between a sister and a daughter, and I hope I don't scare her away by feeling so adoring! If you guys ever come down to the shop, you will see just how awesome she is.
Anyway, I just had to shout from the rooftops at what a great person she is.
