I forgot to add (or post) that the feedback forum will be effective on all swaps started on or after 10/16/2006.

I can't enforce "rules" that weren't in motion at the time swap sign ups were taken...that wouldn't be fair, really. So, as of 10/16 we can keep track of feedback officially.
