Well, after Ava asked me last night about church I decided to try an Episcopal church in town. It was so much like the Catholic masses I attended while growing up. Very traditional. Of course, Stephanie being stephanie had to yell out during the sermon- and everyone turned and laughed and clapped for her...ugh! Ava and I were embarrassed! She loved it! After that outburst I asked the greeter where the nursery was- off we went to check it out. One woman and about 10 children- some crying and a baby on a tabletop in a carrier without being strapped in:( Not for us. With the girls it's just as important that the childcare be as good as the sermons/services. I just felt empty there. Back to the drawing board.
I wonder what would happen if I went to Temple...would that be completely inappropriate?

I'm sorry it did not work. Keep on hoping.....I am pretty sure we (meaning all my family) found a church "home" and it has been years seeking.

Pray, pray, pray for guidance. That is the key. And then be patient for the answer.
