Welcome. I'm glad you asked because I'd be interested in an answer.

My guess is that there isn't any parasite cleanse that is safe when nursing, but I don't know. Looking to see if anyone knows.

Well, number one, I would consider getting a test for parasites first, to make sure you actually have them. I know the most common parasites are worms, which aren't little bugs, and blastocysts, which are invisible to the naked eye.

Once you get past that, and do for sure have them, here are a few things I know about.

1. Garlic pills and cabbage. Take about 8 garlic pills, and 1 cup of raw cabbage, I think it was twice a day. This is the formula I got from a naturopath when I and a couple of friends were dealing with parasites, but we were all preg or bf'ing. I don't know how good garlic and cabbage will be for your baby if she has colic, etc, though.

2. Chew and swallow 1 cup of raw rice every morning, 1/2 hour before food. The raw rice goes through the system, scratching the parasites, and their eggs, the cysts, causing them to dehydrate and die.

3. Take about 1 tsp diatomaceous earth a day, same as above. Works the same as above.

HTH!

Oh, yeah, and yes, the whole family needs to get rid of them at the same time, cause otherwise it just keeps going around the family, like a cold.

I used Natures Sunshine Yeast & Fungal Detox. My sister is a distributor, I can hook you up with her if you are interested. It worked very well for me. I am now using GSE pills 3x a day. I learned about the parasite cleanse thing when I was preggo and I really want to do one still. But I, too, am nursing. I was told that lemon water is a way to kind of do a soft cleanse, but again, with the citrus, not sure if that is helpful. If you find yourself spending a buttload of money on all of these different rememdies, it may be more beneficial for you and your wallet if you see a homeopath or a kiniesiologist. I know how frustrating this can be as I have been dealing with Candida for most of my life. It was only recently (like 2 yrs ago) that I discovered what it was and how to fight it. Mercola has alot of good info on his website. Keep your head up honey. Another thing that really worked for me was, and I know this may sound silly, but stop thinking about it. It seemed like once I stopped worrying and focusing on it so much, the severity of it did decrease. My dd has Candida issues as well. She was administered abx for the first week of her life. It has been quite a roller coaster ride with us. But I do believe that we manifest things in our life. Keep telling yourself that your body is yeast or candida-free. Say it like you mean it, like 100x a day. Do it when you change a diaper, are at a red light , whatever. HTH Oh yeh, keep taking probiotics, they help a lot!
