Dont have a ton of info but today I learned that peony is good for the transitions of our life, to help us stay more calm reduce anger and cardiac abnormalities....pretty cool thing to look into

Hmm, very interesting! Peonies do have a heavy aroma about them, which maybe then lends to the idea that it could have a 'grounding' effect. Also, thinking about how the peony flower must be gently worked at by ants to release and open, it would then also stand to reason that it would gently help a woman to release tension. Marvelous!

Wow-the ant thing I had no clue.....
One day I will research this more adn post what I find and when to take and how much...I wish I would have ordered soem in my last herb order.
And I wish I could type well like i used to. I dont know what the hell is the matter with me :hahaha:

{{{{Kristerae}}}} When my fingers are less than competent in typing, I usually need a chiropractic adjustment. <wink> Maybe a nice, long soak in some Epsom Salt and Lavender Oil would help!

it is my brain....it only happens when I am typing. I am an excellent speller and I use to be a supervisor of data entry about 7 years ago and typed well all day long.
But a couple years ago I just mess things up in my brain....I might as well blame cancer...lol
