Mine certanly is! I am lucky that I get an hour and a half for lunch (plus, nobody is really "monitoring" me, so 5 min here, 5 min there is OK)

I do banking, food shopping, oil changes, mailing packages, whatever else needs to be done.

I sometimes just eat something little in the car, sometimes graze throughout the day (I usually bring my own food), so I rarely do the actual eating during my lunch

You?

I wish!!

My lunchtime is tops, 30 minutes. 9 times out of 10, it turns into a faculty meeting or a parent conference. NO way could I run an errand.

I don't really get a lunch - since I try to see clients every single hour I'm at work. I might have several hours in a day that are unscheduled if I haven't booked the hour or if I get a cancellation, but I never plan on lunch - it would cost me too much in lost revenue and right now I need all the revenue I can bring in because my biz is only just getting going and I have insurance companies that haven't paid me in months. Every single dime counts right now.

Not really. I work in a part of Manhattan that doesn't have too many places worth doing errands at. Most places nearby are swanky restaurants and clubs. Occasionally I will run to TJ Maxx or The Gap, but that is rare. Once in a while I go to the Union Square Farmers Market.

Both Costco and the bank are very close to my work so I usually go at least once a week to these places. A lot of times though I just work through my lunch so I can leave at 3:30 instead of 4:30. Sometimes I just surf the net for an hour, lol.

oh yes, and my lunch hour varies, it's whenever I don't have massages, or office work to do. I also mark myself out if I have things to do, one of the benefits of being the boss.

no lunch for me..... I eat, I am one of those who just does not manage well without regular food. But the store is open 8 hours straight so lunch happens whenever there is a break between customers AND all the shipping/receiving for the day is done. Usually happens in a bite here and a bite there. I do allow myself 20 minutes down time during the day to make a personal phone call or just space out at the computer. If I don't take down time intentionally then it unintentionally takes me, if that makes sense.

I usually just grab a quick 5 minutes for lunch while something's in the oven. But I have Fridays off so I can use that for errand day.

Me too. Plus, we're not allowed to leave the school building. :(

Yes, mine is. I get an hour for lunch. And it is usually consumed (pardon the pun) with running errands.
