Or do you? I have insurance but it's such a PITA to find a dr. and go to an appointment. Luckily with my new schedule I have a week off in Oct my ds has school. I have it chock full of appointments for me and him also. I often go years without because it's so hard to fit it in. My insurance costs me so much I really want to use it!

Oh, it's difficult for me since I only get paid for direct client service. If I take two hours off to go to the doctor, that's two hours I cannot bill (which, imagining I were seeing two back to back intake evaluations with full fee clients, could be as much as $300 - it hasn't happened yet, but it could, one day, maybe, I hope. . . . )

on the other hand, I hate going on my off days because then I have to take the kids.

I often go at the very beginning of the day or the very end of the day on an nonwork day and have my dh watch the kids for me.

I go on my lunch hour. But, if the appointment is at 9a.m., that is my lunch hour. I don't get another one.

Our dentist is great and on some days we can get an appointment as late as 7:00pm

If it's just me, I usually go during lunch. I do A LOT during lunch

I have some flexibility in that several days of the week I have an employee as well as me working in the store - so I can go as long as the store is covered.
