Maddy was three in April ,she is the youngest of 4 children who are 10,12,15,I also am a director of two Daycare Centers Very Busy,I have taken time out for maddy and me only thinking she was lacking in some attention,I also bribe her with chuckee-cheese,i even took pull-ups away during the day,she only wears them at nights so we are now strickly panties and plastics, most of the time she will recognize she has to go and go tee-tee,but still has some wet accidents which i know it takes time, but this poo-poo thing has got to stop she sometimes poops 3-4 times a day and we have no sighn most of the time once in a while she will go hide and we catch her and sit her on the potty,I think she has gone 2-3 times poo-poo on the potty in 6 mos?Help Any new found ideas out there?

Hi, I am new here but I also have a stubborn and hard to potty train 3.5 year old.
What I have done is bribe, even though I hate that I am doing this. But, it is working. I give her a quarter every time she uses the potty and we put it in her piggy bank. Before we started this, we talked to her about potty training and why it is important (blah blah blah) and we also talked about what she would do with her money (buy toys of course). I got two rolls of quarters and when they are gone, I expect her to be potty trained. I did this one year ago to start the process but she regressed this summer when we moved so we are repeating it again. No pullups this time. I am done buying them. So far, it is working great.
