Has anyone ever eaten/cooked placenta? I have two now and I have no idea what to do with them? Just wondering if anyone was brave enough to try it and what they thought...

TIA!

Not me, but there is a huge thread in the Marketplace about it, where I managed to hurt a few feelings (whoops), with a ton of ideas from a bunch of people who did eat it.

Ugh - no. I think placentas are for planting, not eating. But then, I've never even tasted my own breastmilk - and I'm pretty brave food-wise. Something about eating my own cells that grosses me out.
