Ok, so the dress is easy, the pattern is a PITA - thanks to all that helped me. I obviously wasted my money on interfacing as I'll be doing the others as reversible.

Still needs buttons

So cute, and that print is darling! Sorry it was such a pitb, but it turned out really well, and now the next one will be that much easier, right? :D

Good job! It turned out well! And don't worry, you'll find some other use for that interfacing. If nothing else, it makes excellent tracing material for tracing off patterns.

Exactly! I already had cut out two others and thankfully they're both purple patterns so I'm just gonna sew them together! LOL

If nothing else, it makes excellent tracing material for tracing off patterns.

Good advice.

Thanks! Any tips for sewing around like that - like on the straps? It's not exactly straight, I know I'll get better but thought someone might have a tip!

Sew very slowly, and every stitch or two stop with the needle down, pick up the foot and manually turn it a tiny bit. It takes a few minutes but the finished product is well worth it. But having said that, I think your straps are really fabulous!

Thank you - I did that but probably stitched too much in between. I have 2 more cut that I need to sew - making a 4th one for my niece and some matching shorts for DS.
