Hello!
I've been lurking here for awhile. I only sew once in a while but I learned to sew years ago. I've been enjoying all the talent of the mamas here, and have gotten inspiration from all of you. So tonight I decided to put together a small quilt. I took a picture of it but I'm computer challenged so I couldn't figure out how to show it to you. :rolleyes: I've had the material for at least 1 year, probably 2. I still need to finish it but I'm glad the squares are finally together. I have material to make a few outfits for DD so I hope tonight helps me to keep sewing.

congratulations! I helped make Daniel's kindergartern quilt (my friend ironed and said "sew here about 100 times, lol) and it is SOO exciting when it starts looking like a blanket instead of a pile of squares :)

Yes, and especially now I don't have a bunch of squares to keep track of, and remember what the pattern was! I took pictures of a couple of different patterns before I decided which one to use. That really made a difference to see it, because sometimes I thought I liked a pattern but when I saw it on the computer screen I didn't.
