View Full Version : Sometimes telepathy and esp surprise me.
I can't do it all the time, about anything, but there are times when it takes me by surprise. I'm thinking about someone and then I hear from that person or something like that. Sometimes if the other person is clued in, I can "hear" their thoughts. It's more than coincidence or chance.
Anyone else?

Now, I very rarely do.
Either I have grown more skeptical about what the experiences really were or have a much busier life and can't clue into them anymore. I do have a whole lot on my plate at this point.

Yes, I have this quite often, and work to define it. Just the other day my husband and I were joking around, and he went to say something and didn't, and I laughed and said, "Oh, you don't have to say it I know exactly what you were thinking." I did. I had Seen it inside my own mind. (hard to explain) He being the skeptic he is says, "Oh yeah, what?!!" And I preceeded to tell him in details what he had thought and he just was blown away. It was actually very funny. I've learned the older I get to trust these more so when they happen instead of just brushing them away.
Interesting topic!

Ditto. Often throughout the day I go and find my cell phone a few minutes before it rings. I just know that I need it. My oldest dd doesn't have to say much to me. I can usually tell her what she's thinking about; that always makes us laugh. She always says "yeah! that's exactly what I was going to tell you!" Sometimes I don't listen to myself and end up regretting that. Silly little things, but it bugs me that I don't trust myself enough to listen.
Sometimes I feel apprehensive even discussing it. Weird.

yes, and one more than one occassion I have regretted being able to do this. I often ignore my thoughts because it always ends up badly.
Yes. I can feel what my husband feels. Sometimes I will feel very sleepy, or tense, or upset, or whatever for no reason. Often I am trying to figure it out for a while before it dawns on me that it is his feelings I am feeling. Sometimes I come home from work and say,"at about 10 this morning were you upset?" Usually he was. Once at church the feeling wouldn't go away, even after I aknowledged it was him, so I called him at work. He had messed something up pretty big and was upset. My MIL tells me that she also has this ability with people she loves and is close to.

yes, fairly frequently. and more often with people/things that are close to me/dear to me (even if not physically close, like my mom in NC & i'm in GA for instance.)
i've got a fairly strong inner voice and regret it if i don't listen. every time.
