Is anyone taking over these swaps? I have already completed my alligators and sharkfin/silks for the pirate swap, but I don't want to begin my stuff for the mermaid swap if it isn't going to happen.

I would be happy to host, but I will be out of town from 6/23-7/4.

Lori, I may just go ahead and let you do this one if it is ok with Bonnie. It may be a bit overwhelming for me with the trip and all.

I'd be ok with mailing items to you when you return, if no one else has offered to step up. I don't want those two swaps to go away.

Might I make a suggestion for whoever takes over those 2 swaps? Why don't you do a new thread for them so that you can edit the OP without having to go through Polkadot. That way you can keep up with any drops or additions, changes and update as you get items in. Then you can just post to each of those threads with a link to the new thread so everyone knows what is happening.

Personally, I don't want those swaps to go away. But I'm fine with shipping after you all get back in town. I would also like to make mermaids for my group for the mermaid swap cause no one is doing that.

hmm..I'll check if there are still spots..I could try mermaid bendies or pirates if they are needed. I'm home all summer.

I have offered both publicly and privately (to Bonnie), but I haven't heard back. I would be more than happy to take these over, since I am now "official" in being able to host. You guys want me to just commandeer this one and start a new thread?

Yeah Lori - Commandeer and start new threads for each of them with all the pertinant info (who and what and when) and then put a link on each thread to the new threads.

I am still waiting to hear from Bonnie, mistress of swaps, before I do anything. I PM'ed her, so I am hoping to hear back soon.
