Both were posted here not toooo long ago I think but I can't find it..... You know the "if you nurse your baby for 1 day.... 2 years...."... I'd like to send it to a friend of mine who is getting some nasty words at work for nursing her :gasp: 6 month old and wanting to nurse until at least 2 years (God forbid LOL)..... Anyways.. I thought that and the dr seuss for nusing mommies would cheer her up :)

Me too. But I think it's just one of those instances where she's going to have to ignore it if she doesn't feel like "educating the masses"... from what I understand the people making these comments are quite ignorant where she works... I mean "breastfeeding after six months is incest"... give me a break. It's soooo ignorant it would be laughable, except that one of the workers told her that she "explained to her [friend] that breastfeeding after 6 months was wrong and after one week she'd stopped"... sad that she was even able to have any effect on another woman's nursing relationship...
