My MIL just gave me all of her stamps to list on Ebay. They are mostly wood, she has about 70. Should I sell them in one big lot or break them up? Anyone know what would sell best?

If they're stampin' up! stamps it's worth it to do some homework on them...you could have some retired sets and they bring a lot of money.
Otherwise I'd put "wood mount" in the title and I'd list them in smaller groupings. Like all word or phrase stamps, separate by holiday or flowers or something.
Seventy stamps is a lot of stamps and I don't think you'd get their full value in one lot.

I'm having the same "problem" but on a smaller scale.
How do you find out if stampin up stamps are retired?

Michelle, do you have the entire sets? If you snap a picture, I might be able to help you with titles and set names.
If you have the name of the sets, a simple ebay search will tell you if they're retired.
About 3-4 years ago I sold some retired sets and got over 50.00 a set for them. One almost reached 100.00. wowzers.
