I am a SAHM and would really like to start making/selling some small items to help out a little financially. I don't have any Martha Stewart dreams of grandeur (not right now anyway :cool: but would like to make a little money. How difficult is this to do? Any suggestions on where to sell homemade clothing/dolls besides etsy or ebay? Any of you use hyena cart? Any helpful hints? I am intimidated by the amount of time it takes me to make stuff and I basically can only work in the evening.

Hi Cinnamama, a good way that isn't too expensive is to join a congo, I'm part of http://www.naturalwaldorftoys.com, and if you were interested in doing waldorf style dolls and clothes it might be a good fit for you. You can list whenever you get items finished, and get to share in group advertising etc. So it's great for crafters who are just starting out.
