So, where I work has moved facilities to the east side- not the good part of town. It's trying to develop as an industrial area.

And the police are cherry picking employees of where I work- tailgating until the can pull us over, for instance. We have a memo circulating saying " Don't wear your uniform to work."

I've been pulled over four times in the last six months, for things that the officer CAN"T SEE. And officers tailgating me, worse than an SUV with an attitude. I'm not driving any different. People have been ticketed for --anyway, the cops would have to have xray vision, and see through buildings for some of these. The theory is that we can pay our tickets, so it's a form of fundraising.

Anyway, back to lawyers are evil: my dad is a lawyer. He said the next time anyone gets tailgated, call 911, and report a dangerous person impersonating a police officer, tailgating. ;pot:

That is wild...

My dh once talked with a lawyer friend of ours and said "lawyers are liars"

Our friend said "no, it is not the lawyers, it is the clients that are liars". :D

Do it once, and see what happens. You may still get a ticket... be forwarned. But the cop will get a talking too as well... esp if it is an older car and you can read off the liscence plate. Take it down... make sure that you are not doing anything dumb like tabs expired (they expire in the middle of the month so when it says Nov, it could be Nov 4th) or a blinker out, etc... and give um hell. :smooch:
