What are you sprouting and what is your method?

alphalpha and mung bean.

I soaked them over night in water in a mason jar with screen stretched over the wide mouth part, fastend with the ring or a rubber band would do well too.
THen I drained them and put them in a dark place. I've been rinsing them 3 times a day.

Also, you lay them on their sides and shake the seeds so that there spread around the sides of the jar.
