Hi, I don't know how to clip from here to there, but go google "church of conscious harmony." It's in Austin. The architects have it in their portfolio, third listing.
My son's friends go there, and they are supremely cook. The website is neat, I was looking at it.
I think I've seen it, and I didn't know it was strawbale. It's really pretty.

Drool....hoping when we build, ours will be eco-friendly (hoping eco building gets less expensive too!)

Wow, I used to live a couple miles from there. Beautiful church! Looks like they have a lot going on too (always good to know in case we decide to return to Austin ;))

Our first choice is straw bale construction. Second is earth sheltered. (when we get debt paid 100% and can pay up-front for a home)
I think they are beautiful (straw bale) and the church that our newly forming church "borrows" every once in a while is also straw bale...but nothin' fancy since the members built it themselves.
Love the alternative building and basically any home that goes against the "McMansion" craze.
