Update: it's so infuriating how quickly things can change. :sob: The entire thing fell through this morning. I was really, really upset at first but I've spent the day trying to think of all of the good aspects~ like trying to get DH on board to do mortgage-free, build our own place. That's not said correctly. Of course he doesn't want a mortgage, but he also doesn't want to be living in a tiny trailer while building.

Thanks everyone! There's a little shop to the left, the corner of it made it into the pic. :) The family to the right side are emu farmers. :p There's a small pond at the fenceline for the emu's to drink from. I really like that all I can see of the two neighbors from the property are the emus!

No, DH is getting out of the military. :heart: He'll have 13 years in but he's seen too much and it's just not a good place for him anymore. So I guess it's a PCS, but to the civilian side of life. :)

I love love the front porch!!! The acerage is wonderful!! I really like the house, it has a wonderful cabin look to it.
