First, just having us all alive and healthy is really a gift. I cherish every day with my children and husband.

Then a little over a week ago this woman came to our door and delivered us the most precious opportunity. A chance to own our dream home and land. For a price we can afford. In the place we want to live, where our community is forming, and where our children go to school and are thriving.

We will close on the deal in early Spring, if all goes well. I'm so excited...I can't even really put into words what an incredible gift this is for us. We moved up here not knowing how it was going to all work out, and it's working out so amazingly well.

I feel so blessed...if you'd asked me six years ago I would have said we would not be able to own a home, ever. Now here we are...in a place that meets all of our needs and desires...a dream come true. A true blessing.

I couldn't be happer for you. Man, I used to stress when you all were living near the pollution in Florida. I just wanted you guys to find the right place and get out of there!!

I am so glad you found you little slice of Paradise, up on the mountain. Have you come up for a name for the property?
