and then my goodies for the winter swap i was hosting, it's a wooden tree that i dyed with procion dyes, a wee cardinal in a nest, and painted snowmen. I LOVE the snowman, I used shimmery paint for the white part so he'd look like he was made of snow. He's a cutie, a mere 1" tall. :D

They're needle felted. I lightly did the roving over a hard core of wool batting. They're really fluffy, duncan just loves his.

Indeed it is. I'm in the process of painting it white and covering it's chair with fur so that it can become a proper sledge...now, of course, Duncan wants reindeer to pull it along :hahaha: This kid slays me!
