I searched the forum and found what I think you are looking for -
West Earl Woolen Mill 100% Peruvian wool batting, wool roving, 110 Cocalico Creek Rd Ephrata, PA 17522 717-859-2241.
They don't have a website so you have to call, and one of the posts about this said the batting was $5.50/lb.

they ship fast and the batting is nice and clean; they sell roving as well
The only thing is that batting minimum is 2 lbs. I also got some natural colored roving from them :)

Yep. That's who I use for wool batting too. Big thumbs up.
I've tried their roving tho and didn't care for it. I think it may be a super wash because it takes some work to get a good felting. For plain roving, I get NZ corriedale from the the copper moose at ebay. Soft, super white and fluffy. Twice the price but 1/3 the labor. Great felt.

I just wanted to clarify that all of the roving I get is ultimately wet felted. So for needle felting, the roving from them would be fine. :)
