ANU!!!!! you are awesome to take the time to do this!! Thank you so much!!!! I will be sure to get started as soon as I order needles.!!

Question: Should I buy different sizes for future projects while I am buying the 36 and the foam? Never having NF before, I am not sure which ones are necessary and which are for more advanced felters.

Thanks so much!!!!

the 36 triangle needle is good for rough work, deep penetration or coarse wool
the 38 star blade is good for faster felting, deep or fine work
the 40 triangle is for fine detail and fine wool

that said, I do almost everything with either 38 or 40. The bunny was done entirelly with 40 because it is my favorite needle.

since I got the 38 and 40 I don't like 36 any more. But this could be my personal preference.

Some time when my baby will sleep again I will get a final picture of the bunny with eyes :)

eta my first needle was 40; I have no idea which ones are for advanced and what is for the beginning, I just asked for one in the lys.

I love the head and the ears and the tail and the front legs ... the body came out too bg and I kept poking and poking and just couldn't shape it the way I wanted it exactly. but overall I am happy with her :) I had to finish tonight because since Kenna set up her nature table again the other day, and left notes for the fairies in the envelopes from Zoe-Ann, she has been checkign every morning to see if the fairies left her any messages back. I keep forgetting  So I had to finish the bunny otnight because I want to leave it for Kenna to find in the morning when she checks to see if the fairies ahve been there. I made the bunny big enough for a fairy or bendy to ride on :)

Thank again Anu!

I have to try to make your fox next ... I adore him!

Absolutely gorgeous, Bonnie!! I love how they will each turn out so differently according to the roving used and the individual crafter!! Does not seem to be a "canned" method!! I love this!!
