There is nothing really due in April. Heather is doing the fairy garden swap due in April, but that is morelike tiny things and you can send as few or as many as you want, so that's not too big of a deal. I asked Kris to put the Farm one is April. I would say mid April for this one, or we would need to wait until late May or early June because allthe mythology and fantasy creatures swaps are due mid May and those are going to take more time to complete.

The tops are going to be beaded on floral wire that sort of curve down to make a place where bendies can hide in and make forts, etc.

My stuff will be sent next Monday (17th). I am definitely doing at least one tree (basically a stuffed cone shape), and going back and forth on what to add with it. May be tree stumps for sitting or for balancing the tree on top of it (if my experiementing with a new jigsaw proves successful on Friday), may be seasonal patch of embellished "ground" to go with the tree (flowers on one, snow on another, fall leaves on another). Still playing with that part :)

I forgot about this one, and I'm flying out tomorrow for the funeral and won't be back until next Wed.. if anyone has any easy suggestions for something I could do Wed and get mailed next Thursday, I'd love it.. otherwise I need to drop.

I dyed the 22" orange silk squares and I love the warm color!!

Now, seems I need to add another silk to make a summer set.

Do you want another square in a water color or red or do you want a scarf size, in blue, for water?

OOOoooo..I forgot to tell you..I am doing the patios for this one!

And changing my Fairyland swap. My mailboxes turned out well ..ummm.not so nice...LOL!

My idea took another turn, lol. I was making night sky tapestry backgrounds, but I was going through fabric here and ended up doing a double sided background (hanging) with a moonlit forest flannel on one side and on the other side some are a celestial print and others are a bluey-purple night sky with gold stars. They are simple, but cute :)

Mine transformed ideas several times as well. I ended up with a two-piece that everyone gets: one simple pine type tree (basically, a stuffed cone shape) and a small reversible "patch of:" one side is a patch of snow with sparkly snowflakes, the other side is a patch of flowers with some bead embellishments.

what did everyone make? I'm back now and trying to figure out if I could come up with a pond or something of that nature, but don't know if anyone has done that already? We've got no plans tomorrow, so I want to try to knock out the spring, the beltane and this one all at once, so they can get in the mail Saturday. My replacement bank/credit cards should be coming tomorrow, so then I'll be able to get stuff out (they were stolen in Washington while I was there for the funeral *sigh*)

for silks, we've got tons of blue.. watercolor or red would be wonderful :)

I got my package today! I love everything I got -- silks from Selena, background from Bonnie, two trees, one conical and one with a wooden stand and a little patch of snow/flowers. And four trees that I made myself, lol.

In addition I got a little native american bendy from Daisy, because somehow I got signed up for that swap though I never did it myself. But I LOVE the bendy:cloud9:

YAY! I got my scenery swap goodies today, too :) Thanks to all the mamas who contributed. We have quite the assortment of trees now, lol!
