It all sounds good to me :) I personally prefer to have some items bendy sized for Kenna to play with with her lpaymats, etc., but also to have some items just miniature sized for her to play with as well. I think it just adds to the fantastic quality of the play :happy:

Ok, here he is! This may end up being mine, as his hat is back a bit too far (more gnome-ish). It is difficult to get a picture that truly shows how cute he is.....His robe is blue with glitter, his wand has a blue stone incased in silver. Does everyone like the wand? The only way I know to make it 'work' is to put it permanently in his hand, unless I leave the stem part just the silver wire, which could then be removed from his hand. Once the beads are on the wire stem, it is permanent. Any opinions on the wand?

PS, he is about 5.5 inches with the hat.....I am thinking more like 6 inches when I put the hat on a bit more 'upright'. Oh, and I realized I forgot the star on his hat, which I put on after the pictures! ;)

I think I'll try wee size rune sets for group 2, if I can find a pen with a fine enough tip. I was thinking of doing them on lentils, I'll have to see how it goes. If that won't work I'll do kids size bean runes in a pouch. Heck maybe I'll do both. :P

The are wood, painted with a sparkly black paint, then I glued some star/moon glitter to the fronts. They are all a bit different, one is gray, one has 2 doors opening from the center, some open from the left and some from the right, some have an ornamental piece on top and other don't. But they all came out pretty nice, even the ones that Kenna and Holden painted, lol!

Our wizards need workshops. Does anyone in either swap here paint? I am envisioning a rectanglular shaped piece of cardboard or posterboard, nature table sized, not huge, creased down the center, to make it into a corner with 2 walls. Painted on one wall would be a fireplace and hearth and wall; on the other side would be the wall and a window looking outside. Then we could use all the accessories to create the wizard's workshop. I wish I could paint because I would make them for swap #2, but I am the worst spatial person ever, which makes ti really hard for me to paint/draw anything realistically or with any depth, lol!

I can't paint at all! am still pondering.... have some ideas, but they fit the apothocary one better. I will let you know soon as I figure it out.

Help!! Why can't I get motivated to finish this swap? I have had the books and glass bottles bought for months yet cannot get motivated to make nice labels for them. that is all I have to do and I am done yet I just don't want to . I want to make dragons and Mother Earths and other stuff.

Thanks!! Ya'll are just funny today!! Chocolate, I have had today and you are so right, I am feeling a bit more motivated!!! Needed the chocolate to deal with sick children and a teenager pulling teenage hijinks (like going out and riding his bike or playing basketball after midnight on a school night!!!) could be sooo much worse but he is not very sneaky and gets caught every time. Angels and fairies are watching out for him (and me!!). I had lots of chocolate!!! :(

Has anyone heard from Stacey though? She is in this swap and the Wizard Apoc and Dragon Swap too. I did not get her maps for the Dragon Swap though. Is she sending seperately..I was away for a bit so don;t know if I missed anyting or not. Just wanted to know what to do with her goodies too!
