10 panel strip skirt [5 stary night & 5 black], size 2T... $20.00 PPD [US or Canada] It is a second quality, as some of the stitches around the applique should have been closer together. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a "Hot Potato Swap", but we're not going to be able to attend, so I don't need to save it. It has been washed and dried.
