Do you cook the avocado or just puree it? Do you add anything? Not sure what to do but know it's a good baby food!

just scoop it out & mash it with a fork. if you catch them on sale, buy lots & mash them all up & freeze them in single serving size (like ice cube tray or muffin tins). journey eats it right out of the skin. but since she likes to eat a lot, i usually give her a fruit & oatmeal too. and some of our veggies if she wants.
