Hello all,
I spend every waking moment with my kids during the week, and by the end of the week I am usually a stressed out mess, just because I haven't had a break. I usually stay up too late (like now!) and try to catch up on cleaning and whatnot, instead of pampering myself like I should and getting some sanity sleep.
I know I need to change my habits, and I'm working on it (starting tomorrow!?) but I am wondering what your personal stress beating tips are.
I need something quick and easy to curb my temper when I'm just feeling down and my son does something that two year olds do - and I need to snap back into the "it doesn't matter, its only spilled milk" frame of mind.
Any suggestions for my instant gratification seeking self? TIA!
