Baby girl is exclusively BF and spits up almost everytime she feeds. Not a muge amount just enough to make me change whatever shirt I have on. It always looks like curdled milk...Should we go see the ped about this or is it normal? She also still only sleeps 2-2 1/2 hrs at a stretch. I am one super exhausted mama.

My dd, Abby (9 now), spit up until she was about 13-14 months old. The older she got the smaller the amount she spit up, but until 8-9 months old it was quite a large amount. I worked at a daycare at the time (she came with me) and my co-workers called her the exorcist! Yeah, it was that bad! But, the doctors said it was normal for her and she weighed about 25 pounds at a year old, so she was very well fed and healthy.

I can't help you with the sleep, as all of my kids slept through the night at a young age (6 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, 4 months). Seth (14 months) now has decided to wake up in his crib, which is in our room, and cry out several times a night and then go back to sleep. Mama, unfortunately, doesn't go back to sleep quite as easily, so I feel your pain.

Here's to some good sleep!

Noah had reflux but outgrew it early on, My niece is almost 7 months (but 4.5 months adjusted) and she was just diagnosed with reflux. My sis ended up taking her in to the doc because she couldn't figure it out. Sometimes it was a little and other times it was a lot.

I think I will take her in when we get back home in November...I don't wanna mess with finding tricare service while on vacation. I know she's getting plenty, she's nearly 16lbs at almost 5months.
